Carbide segmented dies

This type of dies is mainly used for hexagonal shapes (for example, hex head bolts), however fewer or more sides can be accommodated.

As this design of die consists of several parts, the separate segments are all able to move to a greater extent and are consequently more resistant to wear.

These segmented dies can be produced from the full range of carbide alloys.
